How it works...
Once you contact us we will be in touch to discuss your vision for your tree. Once decided we will send you a quote, and if you are happy and decide to go ahead we will then send you an invoice. A 50% booking deposit will be required to secure your booking and progress to design stage within 7 days.

The booking deposit is non refundable.

Once you have paid your deposit we will then progress to the design stage and this allows us to start to purchase and/or if renting allocate your decor for you.

Remaining 50% payment amount is required 1 week prior to your scheduled installation date. Non payment of this amount will see your booking put on hold.

Installation dates start on November 1st and go to December 12th

PRICING
Our prices are for a standard 6ft tree

For the full decorating package, this includes sourcing decorations, styling and installation.
Pack away costs is an additional $199 and start from January 7th
​
We can also provide a quote to source a new tree at additional costs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The installation will take approx 3 - 6 hours depending on the size of tree and the package selected
CAN I KEEP IT?
Yes if that is what you wish, this can be discussed at time of booking all associated costs will be included in quote.
If you are choosing to rent then you'll need to give it back to us until next year.
WHERE ARE YOU?
We service all areas of Sydney including Blue Mountains, Hills & Northern Beaches
CANCELLING
Once you pay your 50% booking payment, all decorations and stock is allocated to you and your tree. If you cancel your order payment will be forfeit.
REFUNDS
Booking deposit is not refundable
There is no exchange or refund for change of mind, or unliked design or decor purchased.
Any damaged or faulty products will be deemed as such by Northpole Creative in the first instance.
